These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AI LRC Maker, available at https://ailrcmaker.org, and related tools for generating, editing, previewing, storing, and exporting synced lyric files.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AI LRC Maker.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

AI LRC Maker provides browser-based tools for creating synced lyrics files. Features may include audio upload, lyrics input, AI-assisted synchronization, timing preview, line timing edits, project storage, and LRC export.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. The service is provided as a tool, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.

• You retain ownership of audio, lyrics, timing data, project information, and other content you upload, enter, create, or export.
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, analyze, synchronize, transform, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
• You are responsible for making sure you have all rights and permissions needed for the audio, lyrics, and other materials you use.

AI LRC Maker does not provide music rights, lyric rights, publishing rights, master recording rights, synchronization rights, or any other intellectual property permissions.

Using the service to generate or edit LRC files does not grant permission to use copyrighted songs, recordings, lyrics, artwork, or other third-party materials. You are solely responsible for your content and how you use exported files.

If you believe content processed or stored through the service infringes your rights, contact hello@ailrcmaker.org with enough information for us to review the request.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
• Do not upload content you do not have permission to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access another user's data, overload the service, scrape protected areas, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, fraudulent content, or content that violates applicable law.

AI-generated timestamps, transcription, lyric alignment, and timing suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and validating any LRC file or synced lyrics output before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it.

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, AI processing, file delivery, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

AI LRC Maker, including its software, website, interface, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or misused the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI LRC Maker and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, content loss, service interruption, or reliance on generated outputs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and post the revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
